Includes "environmentally responsible" architecture in lighting, plumbing and mechanical systems; includes architectural and engineering fees for Phases I and II.
COST of Phase I - $5.8 Million
THEN: Phases II and III - Completion of the gymnasium, plus a black box theater, dining facility, and a 500-seat fully-featured theater/meeting facility.
